HEATPRESS VINYL is the most economical and quickest option to decorate a shirt. This heat press method is restricted to one or two colors per design and suitable to only certain types of material. Your desired design is cut from a high quality vinyl and added to the garment by the use of one of our Heat Press machines. Our heat applied vinyl is very durable and is bonded with improved adhesive that guarantees that your design will not peal away in the wash or anywhere else. The option is generally used for Numbers and Names on team and athletic shirts but can also be used for sponsor logos or chest badges. T-shirt Heat Press is also a popular option for fast turnaround for teams or groups with small number of individuals. This is a popular for Sports Leagues, Fathers Day Gifts, Special Events, and other custom one-of-kind apparel. Many colors and special styles available. No minimums.

SCREEN PRINTING The classic. Old standby. Large, bulk orders with quantities of 12+. The time-tested printing method everybody knows about. It’s the perfect, value-focused printing option when you’re making a bunch of tees (or tanks, hoodies…you get the point). Family reunions, student clubs, business uniforms, maybe even your own t-shirt line. Whatever the reason, when you need a bunch at a great price, this is the process for you.

SUBLIMATION is a process by which  sublimation dyes are printed onto a transfer medium with a specially prepared inkjet printer. Thereafter, those dyes are then transferred from the medium to an object or garment under the heat and pressure delivered by a commercial heat press. Sublimation only works on garments made of polyester, or on specialty objects made of polyester or given a polyester coating. When the heat and pressure are applied, the dye on the transfer medium sublimates, or becomes a gas, and is then absorbed into the polyester itself; the print is actually a part of the garment/coating. It doesn’t fade easily, wear, or have any texture or weight

All art should be print ready, saved at 300DPI. All fonts should be converted to outlines and art embedded in your document.

We have templates available! Send us a message and let us know what format you prefer.

We accept artwork in JPEG, PDF, AI, Vector files

Please email us any artwork, (i.e. a logo, wedding monogram, or hand written note....ETC). Black and white design files work best. Some grey scale images can work but black and white works best. We maybe able make quick fixes like B/W or line work to make your design look its best!

If you don't have the artwork and will need us to make a custom design we do offer Graphic Design Services.

 

We provide fast turn around time. Larger orders may require longer processing time.
